Today we are here to say stop to precarious
For over 10 years, the Administration of the Province of Cagliari, with the collaboration of workers and temporary workers with various types of contract law that lead back to 30, employment contract, co.co.pro., temporary, VAT etc etc ... ..
In this period we have gained significant expertise and helped to increase the quality standards of the Provincial Administration. What's more, following the transfer of new tasks and functions, pursuant to LR No 9 / 2006, have increased the responsibilities of the resulting increase in workload.
In addition, some essential services are managed almost entirely by us, permanent staff because of the shortage of personnel with high professional role.
Given the currently prevailing approach to national and regional level towards the stabilization of temporary workers and given the vs. electoral program presented at the beginning of term, we call for the opening of a debate that addresses the Executive Board to the stabilization of all of us casual employment with public tendering procedures.
